The grounds are aesthetically pleasing and the apartments are spacious, however there have been ants in my apartment from day one. Although the pest control people come regularly every tuesday (shows you right there that there is a problem)I still have ants that come back every couple of weeks and just recently found a mouse dead in one of the heating vents. Rumor has it that the whole side of my building has an ant problem (probably entire colonies living in the walls).I live in a studio, so it's the studio side of the building with this disgusting problem. Don't be fooled, Casa Granada may look new from the outside, but it's a building over 30 years old that's been renovated so they will always have things to fix. Noise is a serious problem as well.
