It's great

After looking over the reviews, I think it is first important to note that many were written before the managment of Casa Granada changed hands.
Since I have lived here I have had no problems with noise, pests, or appliances. The building is a solid mix of college-aged to young families to much older individuals.
The only problems I have had:
1. The felt on the pool table in the Fiesta Room was somewhat worn (http://www.casagranada.com/photoalbumbig.php'pkey=158)- but they had it replaced.
2. The foliage in the courtyard (http://www.casagranada.com/photoalbumbig.php'pkey=156) blocks much of the sun in the mid-afternoon when I'm lounging next to the pool.
3. Sometimes the cookie assortment in the front office is limited to only chocolate chip and macadamia nut- and the coffee is usually lukewarm by 5 pm.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
