We moved in a month ago to Casa Granada and are very happy with our new home. The complex is immaculately maintained by the staff, if you have any maintenance issues they are resolved promptly and efficiently. The management staff comprised of Suat, Kimberley and Kelsey are on site 9-5 and are extremely professional, helpful and personable. They go above and beyond to help new residents get settled. While our unit was being prepared they offered us the visitor's suite for a few days which really made our move seemless.

The pool, gym and fiesta room are kept in top condition making for great amenities to the complex. Evening safety patrol 7 days a week is a great extra touch to make residents feel completely safe. Laundry room clean and functions on a card system which is much better than running around trying to find quarters. Parking well lit.

The only thing to bear in mind is that in our unit the walls of the apartment off of the hallway are a little on the thin side and some noise does come through. The bedrooms however are perfectly well sound proofed.

Great place to live, fabulous location near brentwood, cafes, grocery stores, 5 miles from the beach, close to UCLA, safe neighborhood. Would recommend highly!
