Great Value and management

This place is great. Beautiful pool, and grills for use, great landscaping and the management is the best I have ever experienced (out of 8 apartments). The maintenance guys are always repainting everything, cleaning the grounds, resurfacing the pool even though I thought it was fine. They really try to keep this place nice. My one bedroom with loft is beautiful and they resurfaced the bathroom and counters before I moved in becuase there was a little chip and crack. For the money, this place is a great value, don't let its location fool you, it is gated with security guard and very nice to live in. Only gripe is the walls are windows are thin. I can hear the neighbors many times, especially water noises from showers or sinks which is annoying. Location is wonderful too, right next to the 405 and the 10.
