This is the worst place I have ever lived!

Management is unresponsive, rude, and derogatory. On the occasion they do respond, they only patch up problems. They never really fix anything. I had to live without three major appliances the entire time I was there. I think mangement considers hot water a luxury.

There is something in the apartment that sucks energy, because the electricity bill was consistently around $200.

Don't be fooled by the model apartment they show you before you move in. The actual apartment was in bad condition when I moved in. When I moved out, they charged for things that were already broken. Upon move-out the place was cleaner than when I moved in, yet they took $300 plus from the deposit for cleaning.

If you don't care about getting your deposit back and want to pay way too much rent to a slumlord, then this is the place for you.

I wonder if you had all these "problems" why didn't you do something about it? I mean if I had no hot water you better believe I would raise hell if they didn't fix it right away! Also, you might want to consider how much electicity your using since like most places you electric bill is based on USAGE. Just pointing out the obvious.

I am living here now,I am agree with you the management very bad. I got problem with there is water fallin down, almost 4 weeks. no body care, I called them everyday, no body response about the problem. They keep said coming2 tomorow. Do you where we can do in LA for complains? I am really2 piss about them. TOOK $$$ AND never do anythingf at all.
