I lived there for a year when I moved to L.A, it could have been the city of Los Angeles that made it the best year of my life, but I found Centrepointe a brilliant living environment for my family and I. The security camera's were linked to my TV so I felt safe being able to look at what was goin on around the apartment complex. At night there was two security guards who watched over the complex. The staff were very friendly, I remember they used to have a warm batch of soft cookies on the counter which was nice. The Gym was excellant for an evening work out and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were always kept clean. The whole year i lived there I didnt have any controversy with any of the residents. I made a few friends and had no need to complain about any of the neighbours. The only negative thing that happened in the complex while I was there, was when a gang of youths climbed over the gate and jumped into the swimming pool, however they left after the office staff threatened to ring the police. I wasn't effected by the situation and I dont think the youths meant any harm, just wanted a swim thats all. The maintanence chap, Russel, was awfully friendly and happy to help as always. The postman was also a delightful chap, easy to talk to. The whole complex and evryone in it had a friendly atmosphere. The parking seemed very good however as I was only there for a year I stuck with rental cars and rarely needed to park. To summarise I enjoyed my stay at centrepointe very much so and if i return to america thats the first complex I'd go to.
