When I moved in everything look so nice. Looks are deceiving. I spent the next 6 months being woken up or kept awake 5-6 weeks by the people above me. Everytime someonwe went up or down the stairs it felt like a small earthquake. Very cheap construction so you hear everything and the neighbors are all usually young students and have no respect for others.

I was only there for 10 months, but saw 3 sets of managers go through. Poorly managed. On the day I moved in my washer/dryer broke and so did my garbage disposal. If you are going to pay what they are asking for rent you can definitely find something better elsewhere. Plus the are is kind of crap now with homeless people and illegals. Keep looking, do not live at CentrePointe. I wish someone had warned me.
