Chateau Des Fleurs Apartments

Started Great, Ended Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   When I moved into this building it was perfect! Absolutely amazing... Beautifully maintained, clean, AMAZING garden. By the time i left (2 months ago) It was a mess. the lush garden was completely empty, and is still. The paint is all peeling off, the manager is extremely (passive) agressive, almost like some kind of RA. Oh, one main reason i left was the lack of urgency when I explained that we were experiencing a major RAT problem. It wasnt until a month later, when they had infested the whole side of the building that something was done - and then they wouldnt reimburse me for the time i had to stay in a hotel... This is a beautiful building under very bad management. It's unfortunate to see such a great space go to waste.
