Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
A beautiful building. In fact, it's an historical landmark now. Managers shifted quite a bit over the last two years, but the current guy, Max, is pretty great. Nice, reachable and attentive. I loved living there, but make sure you want to live in Hollywood (parking, traffic, noise etc...).
