I agree completely with what the other reviewers wrote.

I constantly had leaks, my boyfriend's bicycle was stolen from outside our front door 3 times (although it was locked up tightly), and one time the gate in front of the parking garage broke, so nobody could get their cars out for 2 days. TWO DAYS!!! I had to get a ride to work at the very last minute.

My clothes were stolen from the laundry room a couple times, the buzzer never worked, and someone even stole my mail from my mailbox a couple times.

The landlord is a TOTAL a-hole. He only returned $400 of my $1200 deposit and charged me for carpet even though the lease plainly states "if you live in the unit for over a year, the landlord cannot charge for carpet repairs or replacement upon move-out". I tried to sue him, but I moved out-of-state and it would have costed me more to travel to and from LA than the actual amount I was suing for. The apartment was in better shape when I left then it was when I rented it.

Also, the management changed 6 times in the three years I lived there.
