Please do not consider this place. You will absolutely regret it.

The management company, "Abbycasis Management" is very dishonest. I signed a 6-month lease and they magically produced a yearlong lease upon move out. They never provided me with a copy, even after subpoenaing for it.

The tile floors were never sealed. For MONTHS I asked that maintenance come and seal them. The dishwasher only worked about half the time and when someone came to "fix" it, the pipes leaked all over the floor anytime we tried to used it after.

They randomly did apartment "inspections" which made me feel like a criminal. There were 7 apartment managers in the 12 months I lived there. I ended up suing for my security deposit and damages and I didn't get that until 3 months after I moved out (which is also against the law)

I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional and dishonest. From what I gathered from trying to sue him, Mr. Abbycasis is basically a slumlord. The people in the office barely speak english and will often times hang up on you if you are calling about one of the many thing you could complain about while living there.

The place looks nice, but don??t let that fool you. Moving into these apartments ruined over a year of my life.

for starters, rarely apartment building will have 6 months lease so ur wrong. 2nd they have vinyl floors so ur wrong again. 3rd they never do inspections, since i,ve been here i've never been inspected. 4th u think thy'll waste there time on 7 managers in 1 year? no i dont think so. 5th landlords have up to 3 months to return wat ur owed after damages by law. i still live here managers sweep floors once a week and washes them at least 2 times a month, in my opinion its good, i dont like seen water be wasted like that......so thats my tought about this review..thanks
