Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
The two apartment buildings on Cherokee avenue are a disgrace.
1215 and 1225 North Cherokee.
We have had NO resident manager since June 1st 2007.
The company who own the building have people from another building who come and try and take care of the building when things need to be fixed.
Mario who is a supervisor comes out and talks a lot but never delivers anything.
People in this building are considering a class action law suit right now.
Only rent if you are desperate for somewhere to live. There are better and cheaper places around!
