Building okay - managers AWFUL

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
This building is okay - not the worst around.
However the managers are awful.
If you complain about anything being broken they take it personally.
I am looking to move out. A lot of people have moved out recently and the main reason are the managers.
