This should tell you all you need to know.

If you do decide to rent from them you get all you deserve.
Leaks, luke warm showers, terrible on site managers.
Managers blaming Abecassis for poor service and when you call Abecassis management they blame the managers for doing a bad job.

Don't be fooled by the new laminate flooring, granite counter tops and tile they've installed in the apartments - its lipstick on a pig!

I am the manager at this buidling and I can tell you, honestly, management here- just like at any other building- work hand in hand with tenants. Things do break, and like any other property maintenance needs to be done but when tenants are cooperative works always gets done. There are a few tenants that are not cooperative and treat management like a maid service and are a rude and disrespectful-- but every building has these kinds of people. Bottom line-- Just like in any other life situation- when there is open communication and respect things are handled promptly and well. The top priority to any building is the tenants and there are many well mannered and polite tenants currently living at this building that can appreciate the work our maintennce team does.
