Moving to Los Angeles I didn't know what to expect price wise. Churchill is affordable, clean, and responsive. They take care of their tenants as quickly as possible and go out of their way to help you, whether it is moving in or fixing something.
The furnished apartments in particular are REALLY nice. You can tell they didn't cheap out.
The pools are great, laundry cheap, and parking awesome. SAFE neighborhood -- right by Superior Court building. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
