	Great for people who are looking for a cheep place. Great for the one who can't manage his/her own life. Pay more and live better. I am moving out of here.

	The grounds are always well-tended. Maintenence problems are always handled promptly.

	The rent is fair considering that its a somewhat older apartment bldg. Takes a long time for water to flow in kitchen. A few neighbors are obnoxiously noisy-Management unable to control the problem.
