My apartment was adorable and pretty spacious. It was in excellent condition and I loved the patio out back. The outside had a whole Miami Vice Art Deco style to it and it had many conveniences. The "Fitness Center" was a little low budget, and the hot tub on the roof was never that hot (especially at night), but overall, the place was nice. Excellent location, too.

The management was lackluster, though. The intercom system was broken, which they didn't tell me when I moved in. They never fixed it (for a year)! This meant that you could never get packages delivered or buzz your friends up or get a pizza to your door. It was also annoying to have to use a key to enter the elevator all the time. Some of the staff was pretty rude, too. The "security guard" is a joke. It would have been better if the place had been cheaper.

I have been here for about six months and this review is right on target with everything written. Its a bit overpriced but reklatively nice
