Overall the apartment building is good (trapped in the 70's, but good).
The singles are large, carpeted and provide ample closet space.

The only real negative about the apartment is the parking problem. The building has parking but it is divided up between several buildings so your name must go on a waiting list, then once you finally get a spot (possibly years later) it is an extra fee to park. Although it is permit parking, good luck finding a spot unless you get home before 6pm -and forget about getting home late on the weekends -take a cab.
