When I moved to Los Angeles I had a hard time finding a place. But the manager at this apartment was great. She returned my calls and was very nice.
The studio was a good size for the price. About $550-$600 a month. Tenants were great. Pool was fun especially in the summer. When they pest controlled though the roaches did come out but we never had a problem on the second floor only by the pool. When the spa worked it was nice.
The only problem we had was the hours to pick up packages because the manager was not always in. But she would call back when she was or the maintance guy would get the package for us. The maintance guy was great fast and prompt. Although he did smoke outside of the apt. a lot. We left the lease a month early but got back deposit.
