When I first moved in everything was fine. The building was a little run down but the management was great. Ever since the new manager took over two years ago, it's been a total nightmare. Nothing ever gets fixed. Your maintenance requests go completely unheeded until you call the management company headquarters. The building manager is a compulsive liar who will tell you one thing to your face and when asked about it by the Property Manager will deny ever having spoken to you. He also likes to hit on any woman over 40, trying to solicit sexual favors from you. This manager will also find any excuse not to rent to people who are white, asian or black. He only rents to --------- and every time someone moves out they are automatically replaced with a non-english speaking Hispanic tenant.

It's gotten so horrible that I am moving at the end of the month. I will be paying almost twice as much rent but it's worth it to get away from the drama.

I live next door to this building...it is a ---- hole...DO NOT MOVE HERE!
