This building is the worst building I have ever lived in. I will break it down.

Cons: Manager ( can't speak english, LIAR, Thief, which I have seen myself, should be FIRED!!!!!)

Cockroaches, bedbugs, fruitflies, and Flies.

Carpeting, DISGUSTING!! human and dog feces, urine, and blood.

Tenants. Some of the tenants are great, but most who are here very dirty and do nothing for the building.

Smell: The whole building stinks like something died.

Property Management: David N. Shultz, you would think they would be good because they own other properties, but they do nothing for the building.

Water: Always being turned off for " plumbing problems" at least once a week.

Grounds: Parking lot is very dirty, found a used condom on the ground.

Safety: There are tenants with dangerous dogs that have killed a dog and they need to be gone!! Have reported them to management and Animal control.

Structure: The building is standing on it's last leg. The walls have not been painted in over 20 years not to mention the carpet hasn't been changed since then probably.

PROS: Cheap Rent and very centrally located.

SHOULD BE SOLD AND TURNED INTO A CONDO!! SOMEBODY PLEASE BUY IT
