This is a review for the apartment complex located on 1353 N. Martel Los Angeles, CA 90046. We had an appointment early in the morning. When we got to the property nobody answered the phone. We didn't get a phone call back or anything for that matter. Could this be a sign of bad management' It could be... We didn't get to see the apartment inside. However I can tell you that my boyfriend and I walked around the neighborhood. Although it's close to West Hollywood. It's nothing like it. There's some nice apartment complexes around the area. However the majority of apartments and houses are scary looking and in bad shape. There's trash on the side walks and it smells bad.
Just an advice for those looking to find an apartment. You can probably find something as good as this for $100 more in a better looking area. Before you sign those paper or take an apartment tour for that matter. Venture into the neighborhood first. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
