Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
If there are no garages available you have to deal with the horrible street parking. The price you pay is good for the space you get but the building is roach infested and there are not counters but metal in the kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend as a place to get on your feet but NOT PERMANENT
