Full of empty promises, constant construction, no elevator (I was told it would be ready a month after I moved in and one year later...no elevator). But the worst thing of all was the ----- manager Kristen. She is no help and completely incompetent. The pseudo art deco interior that tries to come off sophisticated is just cheap and tacky. The lobby floor is always filthy due to the dust from the construction and the halls are at times smelly and just as dirty as the lobby. I cannot wait to leave this building and would not recommend this to anyone.

Everything said here is so true!! We lived in this building and had the same problems. Terrible management not only by Kristen but by Patty Flores at Playavista Property Management. They do not return phone calls or emails. The elevator never worked, the carpets on the hallways were nasty. The main door was always opened, the glass was broken for the entire time we lived there and for 2 weeks the deadbolt was broken two. The units have no AC and no deadbolts. And you only get 3 mins of hot water if you are lucky.
The unit was partially painted when we moved in, and then when we moved out they took money from our deposit to repaint the unit.
You have to pay extra for the parking and then you might not find a spot in the tiny parking lot they have.
Finally they take more than the legal time to return your deposit.
