I attempted to move in to DeLongore and in the course of one week they switched my apartment on me 3 times and when i finally got to look at the finished apartment it was, absolutely disgusting.

After going through that ordeal i told them i didn't want to apartment based on too many red flags. And when i told them i wasn't going to move in, they told me they were going to keep my deposit of $1200 and that rental application i signed also consitutes as a lease. And in short i wont get my money back and if we can't find a tennant you'll be responsible for the lease. And the funny part was i paid 2 weeks befor the beghinning of the month of move in plus the apartment was disgusting and they treated me like that i was screwing them over. Crazy, huh'

So in short stay way from any property managed by PACIFIC REM PROPERTIES. Not only are they difficult they're also really nasty, jerks to deal with. I called one time to talk about the situation and to try to get my deposit back, but the girl at the office kept interrupting me every second and i couldn't get one word in to explain the situation. She kept running her mouth befor even listening to the situation, talking to me with a raised voice, constantly losing control and jumping to conclusinons every friggin second.
