This apartment is in a great location on a quiet street. The floorplans are good. It doesn't have any special perks like a pool or guest parking. It does have a laundry facilty but it is always busy. Parking for guests can be a big problem. The main issue I had with this apartment and the reason I moved out is the managers. They are a nightmare. They are extremly rude and when something was broken in my apartment they blamed me for breaking it even things like the broken pipes in the wall. They also took all my deposit which was not valid. They charged me $70 to sweep the porch which I had a carpet over the whole time I lived there. Renter beware because they act sweet as pie when you look at the apartment.
