Unfortunately, I am locked into a lease here.
It is too noisy, the walls are too thin, and you will literally hear your neighbors sneezing, burping, singing, etc.

I know that the economy is bad, but the Diplomat apartments must have a 60% unemployment rate, or the tenants must all be professional TV critics, because it seems like that is all they do, all day and night. 3-4AM in the morning, I sleep every night with earplugs, yet I get woken up by neighbors walking around and blasting their televisions. What the heck are people doing blasting their television at 3 AM''

It is a brutally old, termite-ridden building, and thank goodness they are planning to knock it down to build new condos within 2 years. Stay away.
