TOo much gang violence at times and the MANAGER SUCKS!!!! he uses favoritism when it comes to the property regulations. he also doesnt follow the laws about how to get into one of the apartments because in order to be eligible for housing you have to have at least 5 people and he gave his family an apartment and its only her and her daughter...HOW UNFAIR...THE GROUNDKEEPER ALSO SUCKS!!! he doesnt do a good job at all around the property...WE NEED A NEW MANAGER!!! and he's having an affair with a tenant thats been here for 19 years....what a SCUMBAG!!!!
