this apartment building seemed cool-- close to transit, diverse neighborhood, lots of interesting things in the area. but the place is basically a sh*thole. managers don't care about anything, there's domestic abuse going on in the building, nothing gets fixed, and noise from within the apartment and the buildings next door is unbearable. the most insulting part is that they raise the rent to the maximum every year.

i am a current tenant and trying to get out. believe me, $1000 for a studio apartment will get you a lot farther in los angeles than this ghetto dump.
