I'd hate to call this place a "dump," because I made this my home for over 6 years, but unfortunately, the place is getting run into the ground. Swel Group owns a handful of apartments in and around LA/Hollywood, but unless you're at the Langham (which is beautiful), where the main office is, renter beware. 2006-2007: The "Good" Years.
