Do not rent here. They will take your money and then give you a place which may look nice on the outside but God forbid anything break, good luck! The roof leaked into our place and it took them so long to fix it there was mold growing in the carpet. Then they claimed to fix it and the next rainy season it leaked again. They will also try to KEEP ALL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!!! We are still fighting to get it back. They will try to charge all cleaning fees separate and then tell you things were really dirty when they didn't even work - like the fireplace. Also they claimed a microwave was really dirty and the place didn't even come with one! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! There is gated parking but the gate was locked open most of the time and cars got broken into! Also, the video cameras only point at the owner's unit and cars... wonder what he's so worried about'!'!
