For me my wife and daughter, this is our first apartment for just us. The manager is very kind and helpful. The neighbors are Welcoming as well as respectful. Its in a good decent neighborhood thats safe. When their is any problems with the apt. they fix it with good response time It was clean when we got here we are still completely satisfied...
