A lot of the other reviews focus on the manager so I'll leave a few comments on that. He is a very good manager in my view in terms of taking care of problems. He is a little nosy, but I think it's a good thing because he knows what's going on in his building. That's the way you make the building nice (and especially quiet), is by knowing your tenants. At the same time, you can easily not communicate with the manager at all, it's really your choice. But if you are making noise and doing stupid stuff you will be noticed.

The parking is 90% great. I have a great spot, but I do notice that a couple other people don't have the best spots. If you have a noisy neighbor above you, it will be noticed, but consider that most people that live here are either professionals or grad students and you can see that it will usually be easy to have a reasonable conversation with them about noise. There are a couple elderly people as well and they I assume are quiet. The grounds are nice, there are some BBQs and a couple outdoor chairs in the back.

I give it a 4 overall although on many points it's a 5. The detraction is that essentially it's a very utilitarian experience living here. Not necessarily a place you love coming to, but won't cause you any problems either. There is some variance from apartment to apartment, for example I have a balcony and I think only half the places have one. Life without a balcony would be very much less pleasant for me. Also, some of the 4th floor apartments have vaulted ceilings and a lot more light, which would certainly be nice.
