| | Renovated the place and still under construction. Continuation of improvements under new management is good. But who would have thoght, so-called "Luxury" apartments with nice community ammenities which caused high monthly rent price has ROACH problems!!

| | The garbage room are always filthy. If you ask for a work order for your unit it will take them ages to fix it. |

| | Full serve complex, but needs to be upgraded. Location convenient, but sort of poor immigrant neighborhood. Can get noisy if facing Virgil. Staff in office 7 days a week so that is a plus. |
