The rent is high for this area. The elevators on the rear side of the building do not work half the month.
I kept my apartment quite clean and even used a steam cleaning service once a few weeks before I moved. Still, the charges for cleaning up when I moved out were exhorbitant.
The water pressure is not good.
I had to transfer unexpectedly to a different city in the midst of my lease. They would not allow me to sublet to anybody - they created a lot of hassles for me. In any situation, you are not allowed to terminate the lease. Be aware of this clause.
