Since the first day I walked into the building in 1990 I knew there was something special about the place. Believe me, truer words were never spoken. In the 9 years I lived there on 2 different occasions (apt 107 and 207) It was entertaining to say the least.

My first clue was how cold it was the day Linda (Mgr)showed me # 107. It was sub-zero in there. Or, it could have been the faint smell of what I call Grandma
flowers,tea roses (also Lillies) . After a few minutes in there while talking to Linda I had a chill run through my body. I was hooked. I had to find out more about this spirit. I took the apt immediately and moved in the next day. She finally admitted that there was a female apparition that floated in the corner by "107. A little 7 year old girl talked about her often.

When I moved back from SF in '98 Same thing happened.Yes, Lily and I got to know each
other very very well. On my first stay after I got used to the fact she was a spirit I began calling her Lily. Just about that time, a reporter from the HOLLYWOOD REPORTER called telling Linda he had also lived in apt 107. She told him she had just rented it to me. He said" has she met Lily"'

I now find my self moving back to LA after my Mom's passing. Longing to return
to my safe haven. But now I have 2 ---- TZU pups.... Unless of course Lilly could work some magic on you. I have always wanted to buy and remodel the building.
