Manager is an awful, stuck up jerk.
The parking is non existent.
Neighbors are rude.
Elevator works about 8% of the time.
Laundry is efficient
Cleaning staff is unapproachable and nowhere to be found when needed.

But at least it accept pets.

Hello. Would you be able to give me some more information about this apartment complex. I may consider it, and would like to know more info about it. I heard that it was recently sold, so new management will be overtaking it. Also, I've heard that the units are going through renovations? What are your thoughts? Thanks.
