Slum lords. Elevator never worked. Don't live on the 5th floor unless you like 110 degrees apartments in the sumemrtime. Maintenance crew is non existent and manager is rude and insulting. Infested by large roaches. Don't trust anyone over there they will tell you lies to get you to sign the lease and then once you sign all they care about is the rent. If you do decide to punish yourself with an apartment from this hellhole get everything in writing.

Oh yeah, no parking, so get prepared to pay parking tickets. They do have a parking lot, but they rather rent it out to the church across the street than use it for their tenants.
