Amazing studios! Large, gorgeous wood floors, french doors, classy fixtures, original funky tile-work, huge windows. The building is just well kept by the manager and maintenance. Very helpful team of workers that solve maintenance problems immediately! This building is a must! I've lived in my share of studios across the country, and this is by far the best building! You have got to see this building! No crazy people please! Hollywood has its share of you! Good luck with vacancies though! It took me a lifetime to wait for an apartment to open up. Well worth the wait though! ... Full Review
