Good Location, bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   Great location near the Runyon Canyon Park, but ever since the new management has come in they have managed to make the place worse than before. They have made all these improvements that does not make sense and had an office manager who did not run the place well. Court yard setting creates noisy neighbors and several cars have been broken into within their parking gararge. Pet friendly, but you will run into dog poop in the hall ways and it could stay there for weeks. New management is not responsive at all to tennant's concerns. I recommend looking at other properties nearby, if you like the area.
