This is a party place, so if you like to sleep, look elsewhere. People party all night and management doesn't care.

Management is horrible! The building is dirty - the corridors are littered with dog feces that sit there for months. My friend's car was broken into while in the garage. The management refused to inform tenants and said "too bad, stuff happens..." Front doors and garage entrace doesn't lock, so anyone can come in. Windows leak water, there is mold everywhere. You pay for everything - trash, water, etc... and they won't even let you put a satellite dish on the outside of the building.
To make things worse, once your lease expires, they immediately make you sign another one and if you refuse they raise your rent.... All in all you'll be better off elsewhere.
