nice exterior, falling apart on the inside

Renovations seem never ending, except none of them are within the apartments. They paint and repaint the walls and drain the pool while plumbing sucks, window frames have holes in them, carpets are disgusting, kitchen drawers won't close, ovens are ancient. We tried to get them to fix our disposal for 3 months. They wouldn't do it till the pipe burst and flooded the whole kitchen. It was a mess! We're moving out the second the lease is up.
