Franklin Plaza Apartments

STAY AWAY!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I live in Franklin Plaza Apartments. Where and how do i begin to explain to you all what a horrible place this is!! they lure you in with the pretty complex, and at first glance, it looks nice. OMG, but move in and you will see- broken pipes, broken dishwashers, leaky ceilings, a loud alarm that goes off just about every week. last night, it went off at 4am and did on stop until minutes to 6aM! no-one responds to maintenance requests!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! i live on the ground floor beside a resident walkway that is littered with dog feces! i have requested it cleaned, as it is in front of my palce and it stinks!! surely this a violation of some health code- i eman, it is a river os ----. not just piece here and there, i mean, insted of a cobbled walkway, it's all ----! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS --------!! STAY AWAY!!!
