The place is beautiful on the outside and seems nice at first with the pool (not heated) and the gym but the interior needs a complete renovation! I've been living with brown water and they have yet to fix the pipes! The pipes are always leaking water in apartments and throughout the complex. The walls are thin so you hear noise from your neighbors. There is a walkway of feces from owners walking their dogs and not cleaning up afterwards, and management has not helped. Maintence is never available. The parking garage is not safe and every other week something is stolen from the garage. Tenents are moving out due to the high rents with zero return! Please do not rent here until they do a complete renovation of the plumbing!!!
