Everything the previous posts state are true. They claim this is a luxury building, what a joke. The water coming out of the faucets has to be some kind of code violation, it is disgusting. They know about it but they don't care. There has been a 4 inch deep pool of water and oil in the garage for over a month. You cannot get to your car without walking/slipping through it, ruining your shoes and interior of your car. Many residence have complained, it is only getting worse, they don't care. This is by far the most poorly managed building I have ever lived in in my life. The list of problems with the interior of my apartment is too long to list and nothing is ever fixed. My lease can't run out soon enough. Do yourself a favor pass this one by, especially for the price they want for this dump of a builing. Don't let the fresh coat of paint fool you. There is much better down the street.
