Everything cost money in this building. NO utilities included.
I broke my lease and had to pay a lot of money, but it was worth it to get out of there.
Now, I am fighting to get my deposit back.
They don't even return my calls.

The building was sold 3 weeks ago to another company. I suggest you no longer contact RW Selby, and deal with Promethius instead. They seem much nicer.
