The improvements are not being made for the tenants, in fact they are kicking people out of the apts to raise the rents and sell them as condos. The soo called improvements have only hurt the place, such as making the exit doors no longer functional, deadly fumigation that will kill all the plants, rude maintenance men, leaving constant threatining notes on everything from the trash can to washing machines to doors. Save your money and headaches, avoid at all costs
