Decent Building, great location, reasonable pricing ... but heaven forbid you have a maintenance issue ... it will take months to repair. Worse yet, the tyrant that is the onsite mgmt (---------------) is a pathetic, petty, opportunistic, back-stabbing, selfish, arrogant prick, with an over inflated ego ... the type of guy that will find you locked out of your apartment and offer to let you in for $50 ... while twirling the pass key in his hand!

Nearly all of the long term residents have left under his leadership and with a turnover of a unit every single week ... for a 27-unit bldg., its obvious that the residents can't take this A-Hole! By the way ... this was a great building until Penmar Mgmt took over on behalf of the owners.

Unless you enjoy being abused by someone who approaches problem solving with the tact of school yard bully ... save yourself the grief and look somewhere else!

Hey -----!.. ----- ----------right!? Obviously you were a fine tenant... Do you still leave your 8 y old son alone in the middle of the night and come banging at the manager's door so drunk because you lost your keys??? And once you're sleeping so soundly that the cops can't even wake you up? You have some guts to dare accusing our previous hardworking, nice and always available resident manager from Penmar Management of all those horrible stuff... It looks like you don't live there anymore though, did you finally get evicted?? Look at your sorry pathetic miserable life in the mirror before trying to destroy somebody else's reputation... Get a descent life for God's sake!... Has karma hit you yet? A concerned previous Tenant from Franklin Skyline.
