The bathrooms are old, everything seems like its about to break, and that is exactly what they are expecting, for it to break so YOU PAY FOR IT. Window treatments are blinds that haven't been made in the past 30 years. The wood cabinets are old and painted over and over and over, jobs not well done. If I could speak to anyone looking into renting this appartment, I would tell them my story so they know all the facts before getting into this place. By the way, PRICES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, you are better off paying somewhere else. Half way through the year they took my parking spot away from me, when that was one of the "amenities" I had asked for to accept the place. They take advantage of students...
