I am living here chiefly because of the cheap rent and proximity to USC. The neighborhood isn?t so great but shopping and freeway access are close. It is actually a pretty spacious one-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, dining area, living room, large hallway, and bathroom. There is a lot of closet space. There?s one parking space available, $30 a month for a second spot when available. The complex is kind of nice because it?s comepetely gated and there is 24-hour security. Also it is really spacious with green lawns and nice landscaping. Unless you have a really rude neighbor like we do, noise is not an issue.



I have two major complaints about the complex. One is that there are a lot of ants. You can get the apartment sprayed once a month for free but that is a pain. We put down poison and now we have almost no ants but it was really bad for a while. The second complaint is about the water. It changes temperature a lot when you are in the shower and sometimes loses pressure.



There is a lot to like about this apartment complex if you are on a tight budget. I would recommend it to someone who needs to save money but still wants a spacious apartment. One word of warning - there are no elevators so if you get a second-story apartment you need some muscle men to help you move.
